Offshore Installation Manager

We currently have several Offshore Installation Manager positions available for individuals who are seeking to work in a dynamic operating environment, located at our Offshore locations in Bass Strait.
This key leadership position is responsible for the delivery of safe, reliable and profitable operations for the designated Gas or Oil platform. It provides the key point of leadership, guidance and direction to a team of employees and contractors working in an Offshore environment whilst remaining focused on business priorities and targets. The Offshore Installation Manager requires a strong commitment to all occupational health and safety practices, surveillances and behaviours and an ability to maintain cooperative and supportive relationships with platform personnel people at all times.
The roster is a 14/14 arrangement leaving from Sale, Victoria, which includes weekends and public holidays.
About you
You’re an experienced leader who enjoys guiding teams to meet business objectives. As an effective Offshore Installation Manager, you will demonstrate a total commitment to our company values including safety, quality, ethics and business controls. You will have strong leadership skills as well as have strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will also have an ability to make decisions and build excellent working relationships in order to maximise performance and operate a cost effective platform. You will be adaptable to change and have the ability to influence this as required.
You will be supported by peer Installation managers.
While previous operations/maintenance leadership experience within the oil and gas, petrochemical or complex manufacturing industries will be considered, demonstrated experience of the leadership skills listed above, even in other applied areas, is encouraged. will be highly regarded.
